Design

Vector-based artwork is not made up of a specific number of dots, they can be scaled to a larger size and not lose any image quality.
When you blow up a vector graphic, the edges of each object within the graphic stay smooth and clean. This means we can use your images for all of our products.
You will recieve an email notification to review your artproof. When you recieve this simply log into your account, view your order and review your artwork. You can add approve or add comments at this stage. 

My Account

To log into your account, visit the Branded Stuff homepage and select 'My Account' here you can follow the steps to create an account, or log in to an exisiting one. 
Artproofs can be viewed by logging into your account and selecting 'orders'. All of the details for your order can be viewed here.
Comments can be added to your order by logging into your account and selecting the order you wish to comment on. There is a comment section towards the bottom of each page. 
You can view all invoices by logging onto your account and selecting your order. This area contains all of the details regarding your orders, including invoices. 

Visual Proofs

You will receive an email notification to review your artproof. When you receive this, simply log into your account, view your order and review your artwork. You can add approve or add comments at this stage. 
If you are not happy with your proof please let us know the changes you would like to make in the comments section. Your artwork will then be updated and resupplied to you for approval.

Re-ordering

To place a reorder, simply log into your account and click 'reorder'. 
Please note our prices are subject to change, so the cost may be different from your previous order.

Returns

We will replace any defective product at no charge.
Customised products are non-refundable. All printed products are considered customised products and are non-returnable unless defective.
We make no warranties as to the suitability of a product for a particular use.
Image colour, lightness and darkness are subjective and not ground for returns.
