Custom Chenille Patches
Custom chenille patches feature a soft, carpet-like texture and offer a bold, stylish solution for garment branding.
Crafted using state-of-the-art embroidery machinery, our patches deliver a high-quality, detailed finish. They can be sewn directly onto garments or supplied with an iron-on backing, ready for easy heat application.
Heat Application Guide
- Set your iron or heat press to approximately 170ºC.
- Position the patch on the garment and cover it with a clean cloth. (Do not iron directly onto the patch.)
- Press the iron down firmly for 10 seconds.
- Turn the garment inside out and repeat step 3 on the reverse side.
The Heatseal film will reach full adhesive strength after 48 hours. It adheres well to most fabrics, but for best results, apply to cotton garments.

To help ensure your job is processed as quickly as possible please take a look at our artwork guidelines below.
COLOUR FORMAT: Pantone / CMYK
FILE FORMAT: Vectorised PDF, AI, EPS, PSD files are preferable. We can accept high res JPEG, TIFF files though this may slow the job down.
RESOLUTION: 300 dpi
Here's some tips...
Please note, 300 dpi artwork is preferable, we struggle to work with low resolution files to get the detail needed.
