Our custom rubber badges are made from soft PVC injected into a cast mold to set. They are available in both a 2D and 3D finish, although 3D is only available upon request and all pricing is based on 2D.
We are able to match the rubber colors to Pantone references supplied so please include Pantone's in your artwork.

To help ensure your job is processed as quickly as possible please take a look at our artwork guidelines below.
COLOUR FORMAT: Pantone / CMYK
FILE FORMAT: Vectorised PDF, AI, EPS, PSD files are preferable. We can accept high res JPEG, TIFF files though this may slow the job down.
RESOLUTION: 300 dpi
Here's some tips...
Please ensure dimensions are shown on the artwork. If you are sewing these rubber badges onto a garment please leave sufficient sewing room, we also would recommend having a sew line debossed to make sewing easier.
Please include details of colours and Pantone references if you have them to ensure an accurate colour match. Also please detail which sections of your artwork are to be debossed or embossed if required.
