Rainbow Plated Pin Badges
Our new rainbow-plated pin badges shimmer with a vibrant finish, reflecting the full spectrum of colours. We produce high-quality pins for a wide range of independent artists, as well as major global brands and organisations such as Carhartt, Boiler Room, and the NHS.
Soft enamel badges with a rainbow-plated finish are ideal for designs featuring multiple colours and intricate details. A custom stamp is pressed into metal, and the recessed areas are filled with enamel, which we can colour-match to your Pantone specifications. The raised metal is then polished and can be finished with your preferred coating.
If you’d prefer a smooth, glass-like surface, we can add a clear epoxy resin dome. This not only enhances the look but also protects the enamel beneath.
Custom printed backing cards add an extra layer of branding and are perfect for showcasing your pins in retail environments.

Artwork Guidelines
To help ensure your job is processed as quickly as possible please take a look at our artwork guidelines below.
COLOUR FORMAT: Pantone / CMYK
FILE FORMAT PSD, AI, PDF, EPS are preferable though can accept JPEG, TIFF File
RESOLUTION: 300 dpi
Here's some tips...
In production each colour is separated by a line of raised metal, the minimum thickness for this line is 0.2mm, the minimum area for colour is 0.3mm so please take these into account when designing.
When using text in your design, fonts should be no less than 5pt.
Please ensure there are no overlapping lines in your artwork and indicate which colours are for which areas of your design by using pantone references where possible - we recommend Pantone Solid Coated guide.
Please note, 300 dpi artwork is preferable, we struggle to work with low resolution files to get the detail needed.
For backing cards please provide artwork in CMYK format. Backing cards can be up to 85mm x 55mm.
