Custom 3D Die Cast Badges
Unlike soft or hard enamel badges, which are made using a stamp, 3D cast badges are crafted by pouring liquid metal into a custom mould and allowing it to set. This process enables the creation of fully three-dimensional badges with far fewer depth restrictions.

Artwork Guidelines
To help ensure your job is processed as quickly as possible please take a look at our artwork guidelines below.
COLOUR FORMAT: Pantone / CMYK
FILE FORMAT: PSD, AI, PDF, EPS are preferable though can accept JPEG, TIFF File
RESOLUTION: 300 dpi
Here's some tips...
Artwork for 3D badges is difficult and we appreciate that, just send through as much detail of what you envisioned and any artwork you already have and we will do our best to bring your idea to life.
When using text in your design, fonts should be no less than 5pt. Ensure you convert text/fonts to outlines (this is important).
Please ensure there are no overlapping lines in your artwork and indicate which colours are for which areas of your design by using Pantone references where possible - we recommend Pantone Solid Coated guide.
Please note, 300 dpi artwork is preferable, we struggle to work with low-resolution files to get the detail needed. Vectorized artwork makes for a much much quicker transition through production.
For backing cards please provide artwork in CMYK format. Backing cards can be up to 85mm x 55mm.
