About Custom Printed Patches

Basic woven patches are a simple, lower-cost alternative to our more advanced custom woven patches. They use a straightforward weave and simpler detailing, making them ideal for bold logos, names and uncomplicated designs where you want to keep costs down.
Choose basic woven patches when price matters more than fine detail. It's a great way to get your design printed on a durable woven patch without breaking the budget for your project.
Available with various backing/application options.
Heat Application Guide
- Turn your iron or press to a heat setting of around 170ºC
- Place your patch in the desired position on to the garment and cover with a clean cloth (DO NOT IRON DIRECTLY ON TO THE PATCH)
- Press the iron straight down for 10 seconds.
- Turn the garment inside out and repeat step 3 on the reverse.
The Heatseal film achieves its full adhesive force after 48 hours and will adhere to most fabrics. For the best results iron onto cotton garments.

Artwork Guidelines
To help ensure your job is processed as quickly as possible please take a look at our artwork guidelines below.
COLOUR FORMAT: Pantone / CMYK
FILE FORMAT: Vectorised PDF, AI, EPS, PSD files are preferable. We can accept high res JPEG, TIFF files though this may slow the job down.
RESOLUTION: 300 dpi

Our printed patches can be created to any dimensions required.
Please be aware that overlocked borders are only achievable on simple shapes.
Please where possible provide artwork in a vectorised format with any pantone requirements listed in the artwork or order notes.
